Brutalized student, member of a criminal gang
The 16 year old Grade 3 student who was captured on video being brutalized by 2 members of the police in Kimbe, West New Britain (WNB) is reportedly a part of gang who assaulted and stole a mobile phone from woman before being caught.
According to NBC WNB, the boy and two others held up a woman and a boy and in a struggle for the woman’s bilum, stabbed the boy.Â
The video of the boy being brutalized by police has stirred up public outcry both locally and internationally.Â
