Product Review: K-World M130 Media Player
The K-World M130 media player is a device that can turn your ordinary TV into a sophisticated home media center capable of supporting wide array of digital files and playback resolutions up to full HD 1080p.
The device is small enough to fit into a backpack pocket but has HDMI (1080p), YPbPr (720p) and AV (576p) outputs. It also has a USB, SD/MMC port, and an optical output port for SPDIF and a VGA output.
Included in the box are all the output cables for the various output sources, a 5.5v output power adapter (which may require an adapter depending on your locality), format factory CD and a manual and remote control with batteries.
The M130 is able to play BD-ISO, ISO, MKV, M2TS, RM, RMVB, MPEG, VOB, DAT, DivX, Xvid, MP4, AVI, MOV, MPG, TS, TP and FLV video formats with SRT, SMI, SSA, ASS, SUB+IDX and PGS subtitle format support. It also supports audio playback for AC3, DTS, MP3, WMA, OGG, AAC, APE and FLAC.
This product has the ability to resume playback which I found convenient. The small size and form factor made it easy to put behind a TV cabinet without distracting anyone.
This device set me back approximately K250 but it was worth it. You can also buy this product on Amazon for $34.99 or check your local electronics shop.
