EOI for provision of integrated solution to PNG Customs Service accounting system
The PNG Customs Service (PNGCS) invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from reputed companies to develop an Integrated Accounting Management System and link it to the Automated System of Customs Data (ASYCUDA) application.
EOI must include:
- A letter of EOI including two tables on page 4 of the Terms of Reference (TOR);
- Company Profile stating company name with address and contact details, manpower, structure, services experience, resources, equipment, etc.;
- Evidence of Company Registration Nationally or internationally and providing evidence of engaging in similar nature of work in the past;
- Information of reliable reference sources;
- A quotation or advice on the indicative cost for a 4-month service to PNGCS specifically to the requirements of the TOR.

The EOI must be submitted and received before close of business at 4:06 pm on Friday, July 3, 2020.
The TOR for the Integrated Accounting System job can be collected at the 2nd floor reception desk of the PNG Customs head office in Port Moresby.
