Public Notice – National Housing Corporation
This notice is to inform all Purchasers of National Housing Corporation (NHC) properties Nationwide between the months of September 2020 and July 2021 to return all Contracts of Sale and Transfer documents to the National Housing Corporation (NHC) Headquarters for vetting before release for conveyancing and registrations with the Department of Lands and Physical Planning.
Failure to adhere to the above instructions shall render your Contract of Sale and Transfers deemed illegal and shall be cancelled forthwith.
