e-Business and the Impact on PNG Today
Bank South Pacific (BSP) will be holding its first ever e-business expo in Port Moresby on Wednesday, February 1, 2017, with the key theme “e-Business and the Impact on PNG Today.”
The event will be held at the Sir John Guise Stadium (indoor complex) from 9am to 3pm. It will be open the general public.

Paul Thornton, GM Retail, on their website said the expo will be a two-fold program comprising of an exhibition and a conference. He said the bank would also be hosting booths to assist with e-business banking solutions and help customers opening bank accounts.
He also added that they have extended invitations to specific business houses to showcase their products and services.

The bank will be showcasing technologies and services used in e-business like:
- EFTPos;
- KunduPei;
- Cards;
- Mobile Banking;
- Bill Pay;
- Internet Gateway Payment (IPG);
- Branchless Banking (Agent Banking)
- Online Personal Banking;
- Online Business Banking, and;
- ATMs.
