BSP services to go down on Sunday – 1 hour downtime
Bank South Pacific (BSP) has announced that their services will go down on Sunday from 1am – 2am to allow a systems upgrade. The hour long downtime will be to ensure the bank delivers efficient service to its customers.
According to a public announcement by the largest commercial bank in the country, the planned outage (downtime) will affect:
- All local bank card based transactions via ATM or EFTPoS;
- All foreign scheme card based transactions performed on local ATM and EFTPoS terminals in the country, and;
- Internet banking.
However, mobile, SMS and telephone banking services will be unaffected.
