Introduction to Project Management (Free Workshop)
Datec is offering a limited space free workshop on Introduction to Project Management which will be conducted on May 3 from 9am – 1pm, and it has piqued my interest.
I’ve worked in the ICT industry for almost a decade and I’ve attended various specialist courses but I’ve never done anything in project management, and with my recent promotion to a managerial position, it is only fitting that I head in that direction. This will be second free workshop that I will be attending.
On Tuesday, I attended another free workshop on Information Security and it was quite interesting. However, the program was designed to target the layman and policy makers. It was there that I learned that Datec would be offering more free workshops as a way to promote their suite of products.
It is a win-win scenario where the participant gets updated on the latest in technological advancements and the company gets to market themselves to a niche audience.
Anyway, today I received the email invite to the Introduction to Project Management workshop and I’ve already confirmed attendance.
Datec has probably sent out invites but if you are genuinely interested in the workshop then I suggest contacting Dephney Dibura (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Datec Learning Centre at email@example.com and inquire more about upcoming workshops.
