Datec to officially launch Nutanix
Datec has set their eyes on officially launching Nutanix computing platform on the 17th of this month during an IT seminar planned for Lamana.
They introduced Nutanix into the market in October last year, and believe it is a trend setter in web-scale IT.
The seminar is set to cover Enterprise Computing, Server Virtualization and Consolidation, VDI technology, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure and Disaster Recover Solutions (DRS).
I’m particularly interested in the last bit – DRS – and how I can implement it in my server environment. At the moment, all our DRS are based on locally, but I’m hoping to find an affordable solution to get it offshore.

Anyway, the last two events organized by Datec have been very informative and I look forward to learning more about Nutanix.
