IT world mourns passing of youngest MCP

The late Arfa Karim Randhawa
The Pakistani and World’s IT community is in mourning after the passing of Arfa Karim Randhawa, the world’s youngest MCP or Microsoft Certified Professional . She died at the weekend from a heart attack following seizures.
Arfa passed the Microsoft exams back in 2004 when she was only 9 years old. This impressed Bill Gates who invited her to visit the software giant’s headquarters in the United States.
A science park in Lahore is also named after her, Arfa Software Technology Park.
She died on January 14, 2012 at the Combined Military Hospital in Lahore at the tender age of 16.
