Extension of Deadline – Net Revenue & Audited Financial Information
All ICT licensees who have received notification letters from NICTA are advised that the deadline to submit their Net Revenue and Audited Financial information has been extended to July 31, 2017.
The submission of the information is a mandatory requirement as prescribed under Sub-section 14 (4) of the National Information and Communication Technology (Operator Licensing) Regulation 2010.
The failure to provide the information to NICTA may result in a penalty being imposed against licensees under Section 274 of the National ICT Act 2009 (Pecuniary Penalties for Contravention of the Act).
Individual licensees are urged to comply with this requirement and submit the necessary information by the due date to avoid possible penalties.
