Jelani, The Curious Gorilla at Louisville Zoo
Have you ever watched Planet of the Apes and wondered how much alike we are to them? This video posted by Paul Ross on his Youtube channel shows they are as curious as people.
I can’t imagine what the gorilla is thinking but I’m sure if he could speak, he would have a lot of questions.
Paul described the male silverback gorilla as ‘Jelani’ who is housed as the Louisville Zoo and while his main focus is on their endangerment and treatment in captivity, we could not help but find it amusing at the way this large mammal is reacting to seeing pictures of other gorillas on a mobile phone.
