Computer Society (PNGCS) to Host First Seminar for 2015
The first Papua New Guinea Computer Society (PNGCS) seminar has been announced in an email circulated to her members:
Take advantage of this great opportunity to learn new things in Information and Communication Technology and to network and catch up with old friends and business associates.
According to the message, the seminar will be held at the Holiday Inn Ballroom on Thursday (23 April) from 3 – 5pm and will feature a number of speakers including one the leading females in ICT in the country, Ms Priscilla Kevin – who will be giving the welcome address.
Other speakers include President of the ISACA PNG Chapter, Mr. Justin Wohuinangu, Mr. Shahram Shaz Honarzad of Rural Technology, Ms. Puspha Iyer of ITI and Mr. Kila Aluvula of NICTA.
The seminar will also coincide with the Girls in ICT Day celebration and is sponsored by Telikom PNG, Remington, Digitec, Institute of Business Studies (IBS) and the International Training Institute (ITI).
