Samsung Galaxy S4 to launch on March 14

In a few weeks, Samsung will be releasing its predecessor to the hugely successful Galaxy S3 (i9300). Yes – CNET reports Samsung will be releasing its newest Galaxy phone on March 14.

According to CNET, a high level executive has confirmed that the Galaxy S4 will make its debut in an event dubbed “Samsung Unpacked” which is set for next month.

Earlier reports indicated that the S3 predecessor would be launched in February this year. However, Samsung was quick to dispel that rumor on Twitter.

Speculation has also been hot on the phone’s specifications with CNET citing a possible eight core processor, a separate eight core graphics processor, a larger screen and the latest Android OS.
