Apple’s iPhone 4S goes on sale in Australia
The long awaited iPhone 4S went on sale in Australia today with queues of people lining up in front of Apple outlets vying to be the first to get their hands on it. The Sydney Morning Herald reported positive reviews from with only the virtual personal assistant ‘Siri’ having a bumpy introduction to the Australian accent.
Unfortunately pre-ordered phones will not arrive until next week which has some customers fuming. One customer is reported twitting,
“Pre-ordered with Apple online within 15 minutes of pre-orders opening. My iPhone is currently in Hong Kong. Very annoyed”.
