Has the Fisheries website been hacked?

A screenshot of the website taken this morning.
A recent visit the National Fisheries Authority (NFA) website (http://www.fisheries.gov.pg) has come up with unexpected results. It seems the site may have been hacked.
The NFA website shows a page for KoolZone, a refrigeration company (refer to picture below) and has a registration form.
I would deter people from trying to fill out the form as it may be a ploy to get information. The real Kool Zone is registered to a Canadian domain and has a different logo.
