    DO WE HAVE ANY THING ON CHILDREN USING mobiles IN THE SCHOOLS?

  2. The Censorship Office, NICTA, et el are currently working on those laws. We have laws in existence against such offenses however; they are loopholes that need to be addressed to include electronic media and capture advances in technology. The bill will be going to parliament early next year.

    Dumb bill. Dumbest bill. All you have to do is deny you posted anything and the burden of proof will rest with the complainant. Impossible.

    Is the ICT Act Fines & Penalties apply to personal abusive or obscene text messages between two people i.e. complainant feels offended and lays a complaint. Will the Fines & Penalties apply?
