Features of the Samsung Galaxy S3 you did not know about
Although Apple has won the court battle against Samsung, the South Korean mobile company has won over many fans because of its innovative features. Here are some features you might like to know about Samsung’s hottest mobile yet – the Samsung Galaxy S3.
The S3 has some mind boggling support called ‘smart gestures’ or the ability to control certain features using simple gestures. This is of course old technology but Samsung has raised the bar with its ability to make a call when reading a text by simply moving the phone to your ear.
When you are viewing a contact, you can simply swipe to the left to initiate a call or to the right to send a text message. This is also coupled with the phone’s ability to accept or reject calls using the voice assistant. Of course, this feature is probably what got Samsung in hot water in the first place but they have come up with some interesting uses for it.
The S3’s voice assistant has the ability to take snapshots. Enable the feature, say “shoot” and the phone will take a picture. This is something iPhone’s Siri is yet to learn.
The final, but not the least, feature that we would like to bring to your attention is the S3’s ability to take panoramic pictures giving users the ability to get the big picture.
These features and the price difference makes the Samsung Galaxy S3 a must have. There are also many other features that we do not about yet but we are looking forward to finding out more about this magnificent mobile.
