IT Team Leader
The applicant must meet the following criteria in order to be considered.
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognised University
- Must have at least 3-5 or more years experience in managing IT & Computer Systems
- Must possess excellent communication skills & analytical skills
- Highly committed to work ethics
- Willing to acquire the skills and knowledge to contribute to the success of the company
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to install and administer computer hardware, software and networks
- Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet, word processing, graphics
Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
- Computer hardware and software systems and programs
- Computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Computer troubleshooting, Computer viruses and security & E-mail and internet programs
